How many bundles should I purchase?
For a full weave install for styles 18 inches or shorter, we recommend three bundles. However for styles longer than 18" inches, we recommend using 4-5 bundles to achieve a full look. The following is the detail to help you to choose the suitable size.
What length should I purchase?
All bundles must be measured to the stretch. With that said, please keep in mind that you will need to accommodate for its curl pattern when selecting your desired length. The Wavy hair has an average shrinkage of up to 2 inches; Curly hair has an average shrinkage of 2 inches; the Kinky Curly has an average shrinkage of 2-4 inches.
Does the hair have smell?
All hair will be dealt with the disinfection, and then usually we will do nutrition treatment,washing the hair with shampoo and hair conditioner,usually there will be no smell, or just the smell of shampoo.And we also put some hair oil on the hair before shipment to protect the hair from drying during shipping. When you open the hair package firstly,maybe there have very little smell,but we can promise the smell will totally disappear after washing.
Why there have gray hair in the bundles?
We promise all of our hair are 100% human hair,and all the hair material are healthiest hair. There don't have any chemical process,so there have few different strands,but it is quite normal for human hair,even our own hair have different color strands.
Split/Dry Ends?
Split Ends-For NON-DYED & NON-ACID BATH hair. Dry Ends-Our hair will be a little dry after high-temperature steam processed, especially longer virgin hair. With the right products to condition and moisture treatment the hair, it will help a lot.
Can I dye or bleach the hair?
Each bundle of hair comes from an donor, the hair is completely natural and has never been processed. And then we select this kind of hair that neither too thick nor too thin.It takes the color and bleach very easily.
Could the hair be iron-flat?
It could be iron-flat, please don’t exceed 150C when you do that, or the hair will be destroyed. Also the hair will come back to its natural wavy after you wash it or iron-flat.
Why are my hair weaving getting tangle?
Usually your Hair weaving tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, sweat, and not combing ( wide tooth comb ) out your hair daily. Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.
Why are my hair weaving getting shedding?
Firstly, please running the hair with your fingers or wide-toothed comb gently to prevent the shedding.For curly hair, please don't use the comb. Secondly, After washing please nurse the hair with some hair oil, then the hair will be silk and soft.
How long will bundles last?
Bundles typically last for 6-8 months, if cared for properly.

7 Days: Items returned within 7 days of receiving your original order will be eligible for a refund if it has an evident manufacturing defect, such as the size, style, hair material, cap construction or color doesn't match the description. Contact us First: Please contact customer service if you want to return any or all parts of your order, you can send the items back after their confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee. Or you can keep the product and negotiate with our customer service for the refund directly.
Authorized: Care and styling product, accessories, liquids, and special order items are ineligible for return. Please note that free gifts should be shipped out together with the original package. After the return request has been authorized, the hair can be shipped back to the address we gave you.
