  1. You can cancel your order before your items delivery. And we will refund full of you money.
  2. Once your order has been shipped, please contact our customer service at first time, our customer servide will help you to solve the problem.

Return Policy

Instruction for Return:

  1. 7 Days: Items returned within 7 days of receiving your original order will be eligible for a refund if it has an evident manufacturing defect, such as the size, style, hair material, cap construction or color doesn’t match the description. Pls feel free to contact our email sale@sataihair.com, our customer service will reply to you as soon as possible.
  2. Contact us First: Please contact customer service if you want to return any or all parts of your order, you can send the items back after their confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee. Or you can keep the product and negotiate with our customer service for the refund directly.
  3. Authorized: Care and styling product, accessories, liquids, and special order items are ineligible for return. Please note that free gifts should be shipped out together with the original package. After the return request has been authorized, the hair can be shipped back to the address we gave you.
  4. Refund: The refund will be arranged within 3 days after we got the returned package. If you paid by PayPal balance you’ll get money once we refunded. If you paid by credit card, bank card or debit card, you will get the payment within 7-15 days.

*Note: Due to Federal health regulations, all product received in our Returns and Exchanges department must be in its original condition. We can not accept any hair that has been unraveled or manipulated in any shape or form.
